You’re Killing Strangers

This article on Erich von Manstein is the continuation of this post.

In my article for Model, I commented that Manstein’s Sun sits opposite to the Neptune-Pluto conjunction, hence on a symbolic level his ego “opposes” to the cult of personality zeitgeist.

My kinky beauty, you have no Führer, you only have yourself; but you won’t do anything in a million years against that Führer because you love yourself too much. You can be all talents and no moral principles. That nebulous Neptune screws over a native’s accurate assessment of self-worth when opposite Sun (to blow it out of proportion), especially when that Sun is a light-winged Sagittarius butterfly.

Your conscience can get away with A LOT… to a point if without your all-powerful moon to navigate you, Sun’s 8th house placement to give you depths, forces you to think of death, and a opposite Pluto as an inner punishment, you could easily be a petty traitor and an egomaniac.

Yet, there’s an inescapable flimsy fog around your eyes, and everything that goes down around you feels like nothing but a video game- you may not want it, you may rebel against it, screaming crying, but to you, it’s a video game nonetheless-

And you are an expert player, unfortunately.

This song is for you, Erich. Now go kill some strangers.
